創立記念日 School Anniversary [行事]
今日は作新学院の１２９年目の創立記念日です。小学部は先日創立６０周年の式典を行い，朝の集会のときに６０年を振り返る写真をみんなに紹介しました。
Today we celebrated the 129th anniversary of the establishment of Sakushin Gakuin. Two days ago the elementary school celebrated it 60th anniversary and this morning we showed pictures to the kids looking back over the last 60 years.
創立記念式典の会場には各クラスの学級委員長が代表で出席しました。 教室では校内放送での参加になりましたが，低学年の子たちもしっかり話を聞き，学院歌も元気に歌っていました。
Representatives from each class went and participated in the anniversary ceremony. Everyone else watched it on tv in their classroom. The lower grades did a good job sitting still listening to the talks and they sang the school song very well.
また，学院誌『作新の風』を発行しました。小学部からは，創立６０周年記念行事や幼小連携田植え，エコプロジェクトの取り組みなどの記事を提供しています。
The school magazine "Sakushin no Kaze" was published and distributed. There are various articles on the elementary school like the 60th anniversary events, the collaboration with the kindergarten, and the eco project.
